Lovers of nature, get excited!
There’s a full day of activities taking place at Botanical Bazaar in 2019. The festival showcases everything green from urban gardening, sustainable living and botanical ‘must-haves’.
Over 100 green inspired exhibitors will showcase their cherished plants, talents and products, which includes specialist plant nurseries, herbalists, botanical arts, community groups and sustainable living concepts.
Free activities throughout the day include 20 educational talks and demonstrations on various gardening topics, and sustainable living concepts.
With an array of themed areas, there is something to suit all levels and ages of gardening interests.
There are inspiring presentations by various gardening and horticultural experts such as Logie winner Costa Georgiadis, Annette McFarlane, Stephen Ryan (past host of Gardening Australia), Kate Heffernan and permaculturalist Morag Gamble.
Get hands on at one of the workshops available on the day. Take home new creative skills and your own piece of botanical art.
These workshops incur a small fee to cover materials and expertise as you will be learning from the best in the business!
Discover a variety of beautiful plants, seedlings, heritage seeds, unusual fruits and vegetables. The large selection of plants include, but is not limited to bromeliads, airplants, natives, succulents, rainforest, cactus, herbs, orchids, tropical, fruit trees and many more.
