Lovers of nature, get excited!
We are planning full day – possibly even 2 days – of activities taking place at Botanical Bazaar on the weekend of 1st August, 2021. The festival showcases everything green from urban gardening, sustainable living and botanical ‘must-haves’.
Over 100 green inspired exhibitors will showcase their cherished plants, talents and products. We will have specialist plant nurseries, herbalists, botanical arts, community groups and sustainable living concepts.
Free activities throughout the day/s include educational talks and demonstrations on various gardening topics, and sustainable living concepts.
With an array of themed areas, there is something to suit all levels and ages of gardening interests.
There are inspiring presentations by various gardening celebrities and horticultural experts.
Get hands-on at one of the workshops available on the day. Take home new creative skills and your own piece of botanical art.
These workshops will incur a small fee to cover materials and expertise as you will be learning from the best in the business!
Discover a variety of beautiful plants, seedlings, heritage seeds, unusual fruits and vegetables. The large selection of plants include, but is not limited to bromeliads, airplants, natives, succulents, rainforest, cactus, herbs, orchids, tropical, fruit trees and many more.
TIP: Bring a car with a big empty boot to fit all your purchases!
Kids will be entertained with plenty of nature based activities, with special areas set up to get messy … learn and have fun!
They will be able to make their own nature crafts, enjoy pony rides, hear from nature loving entertainers and celebrities, and have fun learning more about how to be the voice of a greener future.
Stunning handmade ceramics and garden decor will be on display. Included amongst these will be outdoor garden sculptures, sustainable living household items, lovingly made miniature gardens and botanical beauty.
